ABOUT CARLOS

HOW DID I GET HERE?

25 years ago I was a single, college dropout working as a material handler in a perfume factory (oh, the many, many smells). Since then I have married, become a father, divorced, remarried, and have carved out a successful career path at a company in which I have worked for over 23 years. During this time I have learned to follow, learned to lead, learned to take care of myself, and learned to take care of others. I have many scars and I have scarred others, which probably means we are a lot alike.

WHY AM I A LIFE COACH?

  • I love helping people. I don’t have the stomach to be a healthcare provider nor the skill to build people homes. What I can do is listen, be present, encourage, and be a partner for people who want better for themselves and the people they love.

  • People shouldn’t have to feel as though they have to conquer life’s trials and tribulations alone. My life and leadership experiences, coupled with my coach training, have armed me with the knowledge and skill to be a sounding board, truth teller, cheerleader, and supporter.

  • Providing the benefit of life coaching to people who normally are not able to afford coaching services is a priority for me. In my opinion everyone can somehow benefit from having the services of a life coach. Unfortunately, some that could benefit most can’t make the financial commitment. It is my intention to help provide quality coaching at affordable rates including reduced rates for select clients.

  • I’m pretty darn good at it! Understanding and relating to all types of people has always come easy to me, so becoming a life coach only made sense. I want to help people be who they want to be and achieve what they want to achieve.
